Boxed lunches include a dessert bar or cookie, paper supplies and condiments. Only 4 sandwich options are allowed per order. A minimum order of $200 is required. Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. A $30 delivery fee and sales tax will be added. Prices are subject to change.
