Baked Rigatoni pasta mixed with Ricotta chunky tomato sauce including capers and spinach olives. Includes one side item.

A rich, slow-cooked bean stew

Grilled Vegetable Kebobs

All dinner menus are served buffet style and include one entrée, two side items, fresh mixed green salad, home baked bread, tea and water. You may choose to add a second entrée, or additional vegetables. Plasticware is included. Full service (buffet-style) is available for an additional service charge.
